I've consistently found the general staff here to be very polite and respectful. The employees at the postal outlet are particularly commendable, always displaying politeness, respect, and a great willingness to help. My experience with the pharmacy staff is mostly positive, as they are generally polite and respectful; however, I've noticed that a couple of the pharmacists can be quite aloof, which has led to us waiting longer than necessary for assistance with or retrieval of prescriptions, even when the business is very slow. Considering these points, I'd rate the pharmacy service 2 out of 5 stars. The postal outlet, on the other hand, definitely deserves a perfect 5 out of 5, and the overall store outlet receives a strong 4 out of 5 from me.

In my view, the Walmart experience has significantly declined. After a three-year absence, I visited recently, and it's highly probable that it will be my final trip. I was quite surprised to find no cashiers available, with every lane being self-checkout. When human jobs are being replaced like this, I honestly feel I might as well just do my shopping on Amazon.

I truly appreciate this location; it offers such a fantastic array of stores, making it easy to find whatever you're looking for.

Navigating certain sections of the parking lot and the fast-food drive-thrus here can be quite perplexing. I've noticed traffic often merges in confusing ways, and the placement of stop signs and speed bumps seems a bit unconventional. Of course, I'm usually just riding along, so perhaps my perspective as a passenger isn't the most informed, haha.

Pam at PetSmart is an absolute treasure, always ready with a wealth of knowledge and incredibly helpful advice. I'm so grateful for her assistance, especially when she helped me assemble my 125-gallon fish tank recently – I truly couldn't have gotten it set up without her expert guidance. With my two big dogs, I often have questions about pet care, and Pam is always my first stop for reliable answers. When she took her much-deserved holiday, we all felt her absence keenly. Although the rest of the staff did their very best to help me with my inquiries, Pam's unique insight was definitely missed. I'm really looking forward to her coming back! Thank you, Pam, and PetSmart, for the genuine care you show for all our little critters. This outstanding service certainly deserves a five-star rating.

While it might be acceptable for many, I personally find the experience of walking through the centre quite unpleasant; I'm constantly on edge, only feeling secure when I'm in my car. The individual shops themselves are decent, but the overall vibe of the location is really poor. My choice to wear all black seems to result in me being unfairly treated like a thief or a gangster. On the positive side, Ultracuts and the dollar store are excellent; I appreciate the honest service and the fact that I don't feel scrutinized or followed in those specific establishments.

My recent visit to this Subway was genuinely disappointing. I encountered an employee named Jaismin who was exceptionally rude, outright refusing every single request I presented. Her unprofessional conduct created an unwelcoming atmosphere that made my experience quite unpleasant. Adding to the frustration, the dining tables were visibly filthy, and the overall impression of the establishment was one of poor hygiene. Considering such service and conditions, I have no intention of returning. I am thoroughly let down by both the staff's behavior and the lack of cleanliness.

My recent trip to WM was rather disappointing, especially concerning the produce section. A significant portion of the food we purchased there had already gone bad by the third day, which certainly doesn't speak to its freshness. I'm genuinely not impressed with the quality of their fresh produce; it consistently fails to seem truly fresh. While I do occasionally come across some decent deals scattered throughout the store, I feel it's gradually losing its overall appeal.
